描述Goralatide acetate is the endogenous natural tetrapeptide goralatide. Goralatide is a key negative regulator of physiological hematopoiesis and exhibits bone marrow-protective, anti-inflammatory, and anti-fibrotic biological activities. Goralatide specifically targets hematopoietic stem cells, arresting them in the G0/G1 phase of the cell cycle and inhibiting the proliferation of primitive hematopoietic stem cells.
