Bioactivity

名称3′-Oxolutein
描述3′-Oxolutein, a metabolite of dietary lutein, acts as an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant agent. It reduces glutamate-induced reactive oxygen species (ROS) production and the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines in SH-SY5Y cells. Additionally, 3′-Oxolutein decreases glutamate-induced iron levels and increases thiol levels. This compound is useful for inflammation-related research.
体外活性3'-Oxolutein (10 ng/μL, 10-30 min) 能显著减少 SH-SY5Y 细胞中谷氨酸诱导的活性氧 (ROS) 生成。在 24-72 h 的处理时间内，3'-Oxolutein 在 48 h 时提高了小分子抗氧化剂的水平，但未能改变谷氨酸处理的 SH-SY5Y 细胞的总抗氧化能力 (TAC)。单独使用 3'-Oxolutein (10 ng/μL, 24-72 h) 不影响超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD) 活性，并且不能阻止谷氨酸处理的 SH-SY5Y 细胞中 SOD 活性的降低。此外，3'-Oxolutein (10 ng/μL, 24-72 h) 还可降低谷氨酸诱导的 SH-SY5Y 细胞中的铁含量以及 ALOX5 、ALOX15 和 ACSL4 基因的 mRNA 表达，但对 SH-SY5Y 细胞中 IL-6 的分泌无显著影响，并能减少谷氨酸诱导的 IL-8 分泌和降低 TNFα 水平。
