Bioactivity

名称Ligustroside
描述Ligustroside is a natural product of phenolic glycosides from olive plants, which has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities. Ligustroside can up-regulate the mRNA expression of SIRT1, CREB1 and GPx1 in SH-SY5Y-APP695 cells. At the same time, the production of nitric oxide (NO) was significantly inhibited in RAW264.7 macrophages stimulated by lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Ligustroside has potential application value in cardiovascular and metabolic diseases related research.
体外活性在β-葡萄糖苷酶存在下，对油苷型裂环环烯醚萜苷——oleuropein (1)和Ligustroside (2) 进行水解，分别生成其苷元，即 (5S,8R,9S)-7-(3,4-二羟基苯乙基)elenolate（3）和 (5S,8R,9S)-7-(4-羟基苯乙基)elenolate（4）[1]。 化合物3和4的结构通过光谱学方法及旋光度测定得以鉴定[1]。
