描述	Orexin A (human, rat, mouse) acetate (Hypocretin-1) is an excitatory neuropeptide with analgesic properties. It activates Orexin-1 (OX1R) and Orexin-2 (OX2R) receptors, used for studying neurodegenerative diseases.
体外活性	Orexin A (human, rat, mouse) acetate（0.1、 1、 10、 100 nM，24 h）增加 SH-SY5Y 人多巴胺能神经母细胞瘤细胞中 BDNF 的表达。[1] Orexin A (human, rat, mouse) acetate（5 μM）治疗通过与 OX1R 结合减轻了慢性间歇性缺氧（CIH）诱导的 MC3T3-E1 细胞数量的减少和 OCN 表达的下降。[2]
体内活性	Orexin A (human, rat, mouse) acetate（300 ng/小鼠，脑区注射）能够显著改善 MPTP 诱导的帕金森小鼠模型的空间学习和记忆损伤。[1] Orexin A (human, rat, mouse) acetate处理改善 CIH 小鼠的骨形成。[2]
