Bioactivity

名称Zalutumumab
描述Zalutumumab is a high-affinity fully human monoclonal antibody that targets the extracellular domain of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and is used to treat squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (SCCHN).
体外活性方法：Zalutumumab （0-1 μM，96小时）处理A431细胞系，测定细胞活力。 结果：Zalutumumab 抑制A431细胞增殖，IC50值为1.5 nM。[1]
体内活性Zalutumumab（5 mg/kg，肿瘤诱导后2小时腹腔注射）能够影响A431异种移植模型小鼠体内中的肿瘤生长。[1]
