描述Anti-CTSS/Cathepsin S Antibody (Fsn0503h) is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting CTSS/Cathepsin S. It reduces the invasive capacity of cell lines expressing Cathepsin S in vitro and exhibits antitumor effects both in vitro and in vivo.
体外活性Anti-CTSS/Cathepsin S Antibody (Fsn0503h) (1-1000 nM;24h)在MDA-MB-361、CaKi-1、CaKi-2和U87MG四种表达Cat-S的细胞系中，以浓度依赖性的方式抑制细胞在Matrigel中的侵袭。
体内活性Anti-CTSS/Cathepsin S Antibody (Fsn0503h) (10-20 mg/kg；静脉注射；每周3次)对Colo-205结直肠癌异种移植肿瘤小鼠模型的具有抗肿瘤活性。虽然10 mg/kg剂量比20 mg/kg剂量显示出更好的T/C%值，但两种剂量在肿瘤减少方面没有显著差异[1]。
