描述BP Fluor 405 Cadaverine is a carbonyl-reactive structural component employed to modify carboxyl groups through stable amide bonds in the presence of activators (such as EDC or DCC) or activated esters (such as NHS ester). Another common use of BP Fluor 405 Cadaverine includes cell fixation via treatment with formaldehyde or glutaraldehyde. BP Fluor 405 is a water-soluble blue fluorescent dye, widely utilized in multicolor applications, including flow cytometry and super-resolution microscopy using STORM. Its excitation is particularly well-matched to the krypton laser's 407 nm spectral line or the 408 nm violet laser diode.
