描述Pinocembrin 7-O-[4",6"-(S)-HHDP]-β-D-glucoside, is a complex polyphenol compound that has been shown to exhibit modest antiproliferative effects in platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF)-induced HSC-T6 hepatic stellate cells with an IC50 of 200 μM. further experiments confirm that Pinocembrin 7-O-[4",6"-(S)-HHDP]-β-D-glucoside possesses a more remarkable anti-proliferative effect specifically against activated hepatic stellate cells (HSCs), which are key drivers of liver fibrosis.
