Bioactivity

名称Goodyeroside A
描述Goodyeroside A is a natural glycoside that inhibits liver damage caused by substances such as carbon tetrachloride, and is also effective in suppressing inflammation by inhibiting the NF-κB signalling pathway.
体外活性Goodyeroside A 在 RAW264.7 巨噬细胞中（0.1-10 μM，24 h）无细胞毒性，并可浓度依赖性地抑制 LPS 诱导的 NO 产生、iNOS 蛋白表达和 TNF-α、IL-6 的分泌，表明其具有抗炎活性[1]。
体内活性在小鼠耳肿胀模型中，Goodyeroside A（25、50 mg/kg，口服，1 次）可显著抑制二十二烷酰酯诱导的耳部肿胀和炎症细胞浸润，进一步验证其抗炎作用[1]。
