Amloid β - Protein (1-6) is an A β 42 epitope sequence that can be recognized by A8 antibody, containing 6 amino acids. The antibody showed high affinity for A β 42 polymer with a molecular weight ranging from 16.5-25 kDa, and was used to detect the target antigen in the brain of rapidly aging mouse 8 (SAMP 8 mice). Amloid β - Protin (1-6) amide is a sequence of carboxy terminal amidation of amyloid β - Protin (1-6), which is used as a sample for quantitative structure retention relationship experiments (QSRR). Kaliszan and his colleagues have reported that amyloid β - Protein (1-6) amide can predict the retention time of peptides in reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
