描述	LL-37, Human TFA (154947-66-7 free base) is a 37-residue amphipathic helical peptide, the sole human cathelicidin antimicrobial peptide exhibiting moderate antibacterial activity against diverse Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. LL-37, Human TFA binds to negatively charged bacterial membranes, disrupting cellular integrity. It also induces cellular immunomodulation, migration, proliferation, and differentiation, possesses anti-biofilm potential, and inhibits gastric cancer carcinogenesis.
体外活性	方法：LL-37, Human TFA (1 -20 μg/mL, 24小时) 处理HCECs，研究LL-37对细胞迁移的影响。结果：LL-37, Human TFA剂量依赖性地促进HCECs迁移，但对细胞增殖无影响。[2]
体内活性	方法：LL-37, Human TFA (0.4-2.0 mg/kg，单次)气管内注射给C57BL/6小鼠，研究LL-37在MRSA诱导的肺炎模型中的影响。结果：LL-37通过降低体内IL-6和TNF-α的表达来减轻MRSA诱导的炎症反应。[3]
