The main description:

ASA is a reactive neutral sizing agent with high efficiency and activity, it can easily react to fiber to form ester bond, need no heat treatment or ripening time when away from the paper machine. Due to its low Friction Coefficient, no paper slipping are caused, so it is suitable for high-speed paper machine, especially for the paper which mainly using waster paper, the system influence and the sizing cost is very low.

The main application:

ASA uses starch or polymer as emulsifier to form steady emulsion via auto-control emulsify equipment on site. And then added at right addition point to provide the high efficient size degree which can be adjusted for paper.

Packing & storage:

Packing: 200kg PE drum or 1000kg IBC drum.

Storage: Store in a cool warehouse and protected from frost or direct sunlight. The storage temperature is 5~35℃.
