名称YB-0158 ammonium
描述YB-0158 ammonium (Wnt pathway inhibitor 2 ammonium) is a reverse-rotation peptidomimetic small molecule with translation-enhancing potential and anticancer activity. YB-0158 ammonium disrupts Sam68-Src interaction and induces apoptosis in colorectal cancer cells, which can be used to study cancer.
体外活性方法：YB-0158 ammonium （0.2 μM 和 0.5 μM，48小时）处理 HT29 细胞。 结果：较低剂量的 YB-0158 ammonium 足以显著降低人类 CRC 细胞的增殖，当使用 0.5 μM 时，YB-0158 ammonium 还显著增加了 CRC 细胞的凋亡，以活化的 Caspase-3/7 检测试验为代表。[1]
体内活性方法：YB-0158 ammonium （100 mg/kg） 治疗原代小鼠受体，通过活荧光肿瘤成像确定继发性肿瘤的存在与否。 结果：YB-0158 ammonium与生理盐水对照相比，未观察到原发肿瘤大小的显着差异。[1]
