名称Selachyl alcohol
描述Selachyl alcohol is an orally active antihypertensive agent with activities similar to antihypertensive neutral renomedullary lipid (ANRL). As an alkylglycerol compound in shark liver oil mixtures, it possesses lung metastasis-inhibiting properties and can be used for cardiovascular disease research.
体内活性方法：Selachyl alcohol（5,10mg/kg，口服）或者（1mg/kg，静脉注射）治疗患有高血压的雄性 Sprague-Dawley 大鼠，研究其治疗效果。 结果：Selachyl alcohol诱导血压缓慢下降约 60 毫米汞柱并持续 20 分钟。有效降低胃肠道血压。[1]
