描述NGR peptide Trifluoroacetate, containing the asparagine-glycine-arginine (NGR) motif, is a synthetic peptide recognized by CD13/aminopeptidase N (APN) receptor isoforms that are selectively overexpressed in tumor neovasculature, and NGR peptide Trifluoroacetate is thus employed in targeted drug delivery and diagnostic strategies designed to exploit tumor-specific vasculature expression patterns, thereby advancing cancer research.
体内活性NGR peptide Trifluoroacetate (20 mg/kg，4-6周)静脉注射给 HepG2 小鼠肿瘤模型，阻断了99mTc-NGR的肿瘤摄取。[3]
