Product Introduction

Bioactivity

名称TD034
描述TD034 is a selective, reversible, non-covalent inhibitor of HDAC11, with an IC50 of 5.1 nM and a Ki of 1.5 nM. It does not inhibit other HDACs or sirtuins. TD034 inhibits the desuccinylation of SHMT2 (a substrate of HDAC11) and lowers YAP1 levels by inhibiting HDAC11. TD034 is applicable for lung cancer research.
体外活性TD034 在2 μM 浓度下显著提高了 HEK293T 细胞中 SHMT2 的脂肪酰化水平。在5-10 μM 浓度下，TD034 显著降低了 A549 细胞中 YAP1 蛋白的水平，并减少了两个 YAP1 靶基因【CTGF 和 CYR61】的 mRNA 表达。
