描述Eledoisin Related Peptide 2TFA (Eledoisin Related Peptide 2TFA (2990-43-4(free base))) is a tachykinin receptor ligand.
体内活性Substance P和eledoisin-related peptide对呼吸神经元和反射神经元表现出兴奋作用，但与谷氨酸引起的效应相比，其激发作用起始较慢并且持续时间更长。这两种化合物既可以促进周期性活动，也能增强诱发活动，其效果的大小与喷射电流的幅度直接相关。研究表明，谷氨酸和Substance P（及其类似物eledoisin-related peptide）均能对呼吸神经元和反射神经元的活动产生兴奋效果[1]。
