名称	PKZ18
描述	PKZ18 is an antibiotic that inhibits bacterial growth with minimum inhibitory concentrations of 32–64 μg/mL against most Gram-positive bacteria, acting by suppressing in vivo transcription and translation of glycyl-tRNA synthetase mRNA, selectively targeting stem I specifier loops in Gram-positive organisms, reducing T-box transcriptional read-through, disrupting codon–anticodon recognition required for tRNA binding, and demonstrating a mechanism that is refractory to conventional resistance development.
体外活性	通过稳定 T-box 核糖开关中的特定终止子构象，PKZ18 停止了 glyQS 和 tyrS 等必需基因的转录，对 MRSA 表现出抑菌活性，MIC 为 32-64 μg/mL [1]。
