描述Melanostatin, frog TFA is a highly efficient α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH) release inhibitor, a 36-amino acid peptide isolated from the frog brain, which modulates the electrophysiological activity of frog melanocytes by regulating K+, Na+, and Ca2+ currents.
体外活性Melanostatin, frog TFA 是一种 α-黑素细胞刺激激素 (α-MSH) 释放的有效抑制剂，其 IC50 值为 60 nM。在 1 μM 浓度下，Melanostatin, frog TFA能增强钾电流，同时减少钠电流和钙电流，从而引起细胞膜的超极化。[1]
