名称Disitertide acetate
描述Disitertide acetate (P144 acetate) is a peptidic transforming growth factor-beta 1 (TGF-β1) inhibitor specifically designed to block the interaction with its receptor. Disitertide acetate is also a PI3K inhibitor and an apoptosis inducer.
体外活性Disitertide acetate（P144，100 μg/mL）在MC3T3-E1细胞中抑制PI3K与p-Akt的蛋白表达水平，并诱导Bax蛋白的表达[2]。作为TGF-β1抑制剂，Disitertide acetate抑制胃癌细胞中MACC1-AS1的表达，暗示通过靶向TGFβ信号通路可能是抑制由MSC诱导的干细胞性和化疗抗性的潜在策略[3]。在浓度为10 μg/mL至200 μg/mL范围内，Disitertide acetate影响A172和U-87 MG胶质母细胞瘤细胞系的增殖，诱导细胞凋亡及贴壁死亡[5]。
体内活性Disitertide acetate（局部应用，300 µg/mL）在裸鼠的“体内”模型中，通过两周的治疗可以促进疤痕成熟并改善增生性疤痕的形态特征[4]。
