名称Verekitug
描述Verekitug is a novel, recombinant, fully human monoclonal antibody developed to selectively target thymic stromal lymphopoietin receptor (TSLPR) with high potency. Verekitug is currently being investigated as a potential therapeutic candidate for severe asthma and chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP), where overactivation of TSLPR contributes to disease pathology. Verekitug offers a promising approach to immune modulation in respiratory and inflammatory disease research.
