描述Ergosterol glucoside is a natural steroid glycoside found in Hericium erinaceus that exhibits inhibitory activity against RAW 264.7 cells. Ergosterol glucoside has attracted some attention in the fields of fungal secondary metabolites and nutritional pharmacology.
体外活性方法：Ergosterol glucoside 被加入Triton X-100混合胶束中，与纯化的Cryptococcus neoformans sterylglucosidase 1孵育，并通过HPLC定量底物水解。 结果：Sgl1将erg-glc水解为麦角固醇和葡萄糖，Km为0.31±0.04 mol%，kcat为0.62±0.02 s−1，而对照葡萄糖神经酰胺底物的水解效率明显较低。[1]
