Bioactivity

名称Verbascose
描述Verbascose is an oligosaccharide and non-reducing sugar that can regulate and enhance the immune function of RAW264.7 macrophages, increasing their proliferation activity, phagocytic activity, NO release, and cytokine secretion levels, and also has the potential to regulate intestinal microecological balance.
体外活性方法： 采用不同浓度的 Verbascose（25、50、100、200、400 μg/mL）分别处理 RAW264.7 细胞，并在 12、24、36、48 小时后检测细胞活力。 结果： Verbascose 在 25–400 μg/mL 范围内显著提高 RAW264.7 细胞的活力，且作用呈时间依赖性。[1]
体内活性方法： 将免疫抑制的雌性昆明小鼠每日皮下注射不同剂量的 Verbascose（30、90、120 mg/kg），连续给药 8 天。 结果： 中等剂量（90 mg/kg）处理后，小鼠的脾脏指数、脾脏及血清中溶菌酶活性、血清中溶血素水平以及迟发型超敏反应（DTH）中耳廓肿胀率均显著升高。[1]
