名称USP10-IN-3
描述USP10-IN-3 (compound D1) is a potent inhibitor of USP10, with an IC50 of 7.2 µM. It can suppress cell proliferation, induce apoptosis, and cause cell cycle arrest in the S phase.
体外活性化合物 USP10-IN-3 (compound D1) 在 0-100 µM 范围内抑制细胞增殖，并对 Huh-7 细胞的 IC 50 值为 2.3 µM。在 0-10 µM 和 24 小时处理条件下，该化合物以剂量依赖方式诱导细胞凋亡，并导致细胞周期在 S 期停滞。同时，USP10-IN-3 (compound D1) 在 0-30 µM 和 24 小时处理下，还剂量依赖性地降低 YAP1、p53 和 p21 的表达。
