名称Visilizumab
描述Visilizumab is a humanized IgG2 monoclonal antibody engineered to target the CD3 antigen on T-cells while exhibiting low Fc receptor binding activity to minimize activation-induced cytotoxicity. this unique design potentially suppresses the body's immune response through the modulation of T-cell function, and Visilizumab can be used in studies about the treatment of ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease.
体外活性方法：Visilizumab（1 ng/mL，10 ng/mL，100 ng/mL，1000 ng/mL，10000 ng/mL，2-48小时（分别在2,4，20,24,48小时各自取样分析））处理固有层T细胞，观察其细胞生长情况。 结果：Visilizumab能够诱导固有层T细胞发生剂量和时间依赖性凋亡。[1]
