描述M4K2306 is a selective inhibitor of activin receptor-like kinase 2 (ALK2) with an IC50 of 7 nM. It is capable of penetrating the blood-brain barrier, exhibiting a brain-to-plasma ratio of 75.6.
体内活性在 NOD-SCID 小鼠模型中，单剂量口服 M4K2306 (25 mg/kg) 后 1 小时和 24 小时的血浆浓度 C max 分别达到 254 和 17 mM。
