描述Anti-Mouse CD38 Antibody (NIMR5) is a mouse-specific IgG2a monoclonal antibody targeting CD38 that activates ERK signaling, promotes apoptosis, restores T-cell function, upregulates CD1d expression, and enhances spleen cell proliferation as well as dendritic cell and natural killer T cell expansion, thereby providing a versatile immunological tool for mechanistic studies in cancer and immuno-oncology research, including melanoma and colon cancer models.
