描述1,2-Didocosanoyl-Sn-Glycero-3-Phosphocholine is an endogenous metabolite, belonging to long-chain phosphatidylcholine lipids. 1,2-Didocosanoyl-Sn-Glycero-3-Phosphocholine has a high phase transition temperature and low membrane fluidity, and is often used to construct a stable lipid bilayer structure. 1,2-Didocosanoyl-Sn-Glycero-3-Phosphocholine can be used as a lung surfactant, to regulate the rigidity and permeability of liposome membranes, and to study model membranes and drug delivery systems.
