名称H-Met-Val-OH
描述H-Met-Val-OH is a dipeptide composed of an N-terminal methionine and a C-terminal valine residue that demonstrates inhibitory effects on recombinant flavin-containing monooxygenases FMO1 and FMO3. H-Met-Val-OH also shows potential in promoting neurite outgrowth, suggesting its relevance in neuroregenerative and enzymatic modulation studies involving FMO-catalyzed metabolic pathways.
体外活性H-Met-Val-OH可被cDNA表达的两种人源黄素单加氧酶（FMO）氧化，分别是FMO 3 和FMO 1[1]。在PC12细胞实验中，H-Met-Val-OH（0、0.2、2、20 和 200 µM；24 h）与双丁酰环磷腺苷（Bt2cAMP）（0.5 mM）产生协同作用，共同促进神经突起生长[2]。
