Bioactivity

名称Depatuxizumab
描述Depatuxizumab is a humanised monoclonal antibody targeting EGFR with blood-brain barrier (BBB) permeability, capable of inhibiting the growth of xenograft tumours expressing mutant EGFR vIII and wild-type EGFR. It can be conjugated with the ADC molecule Depatuxizumab mafodotin for the study of glioblastoma (GBM) and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (SCCHN).
体内活性Depatuxizumab (10，40 mg/kg，腹腔注射， 每周3次， 持续2周)处理 Nu/Nu 小鼠的 U87MGde2-7 多形性胶质母细胞瘤 (GBM) 模型和 A431 鳞状荷瘤模型，能够显著抑制肿瘤生长。 Depatuxizumab (10， 40 mg/kg， 腹腔注射， 每周3次， 持续2周) 处理 NSG 小鼠的 EGFRvIII 阳性 GBM-SN0199-PDX 模型，能够抑制肿瘤生长和 pEGFR 水平。[1]
