描述CP-31398 stabilizes the active conformation of p53 in cancer cells with either mutated or wild-type p53, enhancing its activity. Additionally, CP-31398 upregulates target genes of p53 such as p21WAF1/Cip1 and KILLER/DR5. This compound possesses tumor-suppressive properties.
体外活性CP-31398 (36.75 μM，16 小时) 在 p53 突变细胞中能够有效诱导 p21 的表达。此外，CP-31398 (15 μg/mL，20 小时) 则可在 SW480 细胞中引发细胞凋亡以及细胞周期的停滞。
