Cyclo(RGDfK) is an effective selective αvβ3 integrin inhibitor peptide, a cyclic peptide composed of five amino acids and one of the basic sequences in RGD cyclic peptides. Cyclo(RGDfK) exhibits an affinity (KD) constant of 41.70 nM for purified integrins and shows moderate reactivity with HEK293 (β3) cells. Micelles modified with Cyclo(RGDfK) demonstrate strong affinity for T-24 cells and exert potent inhibitory effects on T-24 cell proliferation.
