Description：Temporin A是从Rana temporaria皮肤中分离得到的一种短α螺旋抗菌肽,多肽序列中含有14个氨基酸。Temporin A对广谱革兰氏阳性菌有效。Temporin A直接与微生物的细胞膜相互作用，在抗菌浓度下对红细胞无毒。Temporin A还具有抗真菌活性，可对抗酵母样白色念珠菌。

Temporin A is a short α-helical antimicrobial peptide isolated from the skin of Rana temporaria, containing a polypeptide sequence of 14 amino acids. It exhibits efficacy against a broad spectrum of Gram-positive bacteria. Temporin A directly interacts with microbial cell membranes and is non-toxic to red blood cells at antibacterial concentrations. Additionally, it possesses antifungal activity, capable of combating yeast-like Candida albicans.
