Description：α-Conotoxin SIA是SIA型α-芋螺毒素系列中的一种序列，由13个氨基酸组成，结构中含有两对二硫键。α-Conotoxin SIA是一种对肌肉nAChR具有高亲和力的选择性烟碱乙酰胆碱受体（nAChR拮抗剂多肽，α-Conotoxin SIA优先靶向小鼠肌肉nAChR的α/δ界面。相比之下，对于鱼雷nAChR，α-Conotoxin SIA对α/γ的亲和力远高于α/δ界面的亲和力。

α-Conotoxin SIA is a sequence in the SIA type alpha conotoxin series, consisting of 13 amino acids and containing two pairs of disulfide bonds in its structure. α-Conotoxin SIA is a selective nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR antagonist peptide) with high affinity for muscle nAChR. α-Conotoxin SIA preferentially targets the alpha/delta interface of mouse muscle nAChR. In contrast, for torpedo nAChR, the affinity of α - Coronation SIA for α/γ is much higher than the affinity for the α/δ interface.
