Description：Nesiritide Acetate是一条含有32个氨基酸的多肽，最先是利用重组DNA技术从大肠杆菌(Escherichiacoli)中获得的合成型人类脑利钠肽(brainnatriureticpeptide，BNP)，作用与人类BNP极其相似。Nesiritide中第10和第26个氨基酸(均为半胱氨酸)之间由一个二硫键联接，构成了一个含17个氨基酸的环状结构，所以Nesiritide的稳定性比较好，且在生物体内拥有较长的半衰期。研究表明，以人工合成的Nesiritide为主要原料的药物在心力衰竭，特别是急性心力衰竭的治疗中具有明确的疗效。

Nesiritide Acetate is a peptide containing 32 amino acids, first obtained from Escherichia coli using recombinant DNA technology as a synthetic human brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), which functions very similarly to human BNP. The 10th and 26th amino acids (both cysteine) in Nesritide are connected by a disulfide bond, forming a cyclic structure containing 17 amino acids. Therefore, Nesritide has good stability and a long half-life in organisms. Research has shown that drugs primarily made from artificially synthesized Nesiritide have clear therapeutic effects in the treatment of heart failure, especially acute heart failure.
