名称	Decylubiquinone
描述	Decylubiquinone (DUb) is a coenzyme Q10 analog with anticancer activity, inhibiting breast cancer growth and metastasis, enhancing mitochondrial function in synaptosomes, and inhibiting tumor-induced angiogenesis.
体外活性	不同浓度 Decylubiquinone 处理 HCT116 和 LoVo 细胞 96 h， Decylubiquinone 以剂量依赖性方式显著降低 HCT116 和 LoVo 细胞的增殖， IC50 值分别为 45.84 μM和 28.11 μM。[1] Decylubiquinone （50 μm）显著提高突触体中 ETC 复合物的活性。[2]
体内活性	小鼠 CRC CT26 细胞异种移植模型中， Decylubiquinone （5 mg/kg，12天）腹腔注射，发现 Decylubiquinone 显著减弱 CRC 生长。[1]
