研究背景：结构蛋白（Structural Proteins） CK-19细胞角蛋白-19(又称CYFRa21-1)主要用于肿瘤方面的研究，近年来大多用于消化系统恶性肿瘤的鉴别，有学者认为：CK-19在胰腺干细胞分化过程中有细胞角蛋白19的表达，把细胞角蛋白19作为胰腺干细胞的标志物。阳性部位：主要在胞浆。

Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 20 minutes at room temperature, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS for 5 minutes at room temperature, then blocked with 1% BSA/10% normal goat serum for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were then incubated with Cytokeratin 19 (HY-P81250) at 1/100 dilution in 1% BSA in PBST overnight at 4 ℃. Alexa Fluor® 647-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (HY-P81013) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution. Nuclear DNA was labelled in blue with DAPI. Immunofluorescence analysis of HEC1A cells labeling Cytokeratin 19 with Cytokeratin 19 (HY-P81250) at 1/100 dilution. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 20 minutes at room temperature, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS for 5 minutes at room temperature, then blocked with 1% BSA/10% normal goat serum for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were then incubated with Cytokeratin 19 (HY-P81250) at 1/100 dilution in 1% BSA in PBST overnight at 4 ℃.
