研究背景：同种异体移植物炎症因子-1 (AIF-1)，也称为离子化钙结合接头分子 1 (Iba1)，是一种具有 EF 手钙结合结构域的细胞质蛋白，首次在大鼠心脏同种异体移植物的巨噬细胞中观察到在慢性排斥反应下。AIF-1 在单核细胞谱系中高表达，包括巨噬细胞和小胶质细胞，并通过属于 GTPases Rho 家族的 Rac1 参与吞噬作用和膜皱褶的形成。AIF-1 不存在于培养的人 VSMC 中，但由细胞因子诱导，AIF-1 的过度表达会导致 VSMC 生长和细胞周期基因表达增加[1][2]。
