 濮阳市盛通聚源新材料有限公司成立于 2016 年，注册资金 13.7 亿元，为中石油合资公司、国家高新技术企业。一期建成非光气法13万吨/年PC项目，于2019年投产打破国外技术垄断，填补河南省化工新材料空白。二期与中石油合作建设5.4万吨/年特种聚合物项目，涵盖生物基PC、氢化双酚A等高端特种工程材料及精细化学品。

未来，公司将以聚碳酸酯为核心，拓展高端PC领域，打造聚碳新材料科技园，推动产业链高端化发展。

Shengtong Juyuan established in 2016 with a registered capital of RMB 1.37 billion, it is a joint venture of PetroChina and a national high-tech enterprise. The first phase completed a 130,000 tons/year non-phosgene PC project, which was put into production in 2019 to break the foreign technology monopoly and fill the gap in new chemical materials in Henan Province. The second phase cooperated with PetroChina to build a 54,000 tons/year special polymer project, covering high-end special engineering materials and fine chemicals such as bio-based PC and hydrogenated bisphenol A.

In the future, the company will focus on polycarbonate, expand the high-end PC field, build a polycarbonate new material science and technology park, and promote the high-end development of the industrial chain.
