This product is a fluorine-free emulsion type oil-proof agent. This product is non-toxic, harmless and has no irritating odor. It can be safely used in food packaging paper and molding processing.

The main application:

It has excellent resistance to oil and is easy to use. It can be diluted with water or directly added to the fiber slurry. After the paper is made, it has excellent resistance to oil while maintaining a certain degree of air permeability.

The amount of this product varies depending on the fiber, structure, density, processing equipment and required performance of the paper being processed.

The scope of application and recommended conditions of use are as follows:

Pulp pH value: 4.0 ~ 7.0

Drying temperature: ≦190℃

Packing & storage:

Packing: 200kg PE drum or 1000kg IBC drum.

Storage: It can be stored in a sealed container for 6 months at a temperature of 5°C to 30°C.

To prevent moisture evaporation or contamination, the barrel lid must be closed at all times during storage and stored in a cool and dark place to avoid sunlight, which may cause a decrease in concentration or emulsification performance.
