Description：Ganirelix是一合成的与内源性促性腺素释放素（GnRH）（又称促黄体生成素释放素，LHRH）类似的十肽化合物，包含大量的非天然氨基酸，是GnRH的拮抗剂，其可竞争性拮抗促性腺的GnRH受体，从而变异途径，引起快速、可逆性地抑制促性腺激素（黄体生成素LH和促卵泡激素FSH）分泌。 醋酸加尼瑞克抑制垂体分泌LH比抑制分泌FSH更显著，从而降低性激素的产生。本公司生产的Ganirelix为研发级多肽，非最终成品。

Ganirelix is a synthetic decapeptide compound similar to endogenous gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) (also known as luteinizing hormone releasing hormone, LHRH), containing a large amount of non natural amino acids. It is an antagonist of GnRH and can competitively antagonize the GnRH receptor of gonadotropins, thereby mutating the pathway and causing rapid and reversible inhibition of gonadotropin (LH and FSH) secretion. Acetic acid induced ganciclovir inhibits pituitary secretion of LH more significantly than FSH secretion, thereby reducing the production of sex hormones. The Ganirelix produced by our company is a research grade peptide, not a final product.
