Human Glypican 3, His Tag is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Gln 25 - His 559 (Accession # P51654-1).

背景介绍

磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖3（GPC3）亦称肠道蛋白OCI-5、GTR2-2、MXR7，属于磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖家族。Glypican-3/GPC-3在肺、肝及肾脏中高表达。该蛋白能抑制DPP4的二肽基肽酶活性，可能参与以中胚层为主的组织器官生长抑制/调控过程，并在调节IGF2与其受体相互作用及其功能调控中发挥作用。
