该药为阿司匹林与赖氨酸复盐，体内分解为赖氨酸和阿司匹林，相较于阿司匹林更易溶解且胃肠道刺激较小。可通过肌内或静脉注射给药，成人单次剂量0.9-1.8g，儿童每日10-25mg/kg。常见不良反应包括胃肠道不适、肝肾功能异常、水杨酸反应及过敏反应。

Lysine Aspirin (Aspirin/Lysine), also known as Aspirin-DL-Lysine, is a febrifuge, analgesic, and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It comes in the form of white crystalline or crystalline powder for injection. It is primarily used to relieve mild to moderate pain, fever caused by various conditions, and to inhibit platelet aggregation. It is contraindicated for patients with asthma, neurovascular edema, or shock.

The medication is a complex salt of aspirin and lysine, which decomposes into lysine and aspirin in the body. Compared to aspirin, it is more soluble and causes less gastrointestinal irritation. It can be administered via intramuscular or intravenous injection, with a single adult dose of 0.9-1.8g and a daily pediatric dose of 10-25mg/kg. Common adverse effects include gastrointestinal discomfort, abnormal liver and kidney function, salicylate reactions, and allergic reactions.
