Biotinylated Human IL-7 R alpha Protein, Fc,Avitag (IL7-H82F9) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Glu 21 - Asp 239 (Accession # P16871-1).

蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™). The protein has a calculated MW of 53.5 kDa. the protein migrates as 67-75 kDa under reducing (R) condition, and >116 kDa under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE).

标记（Labeling）

Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.

白细胞介素-7受体α亚基（IL7Ra）亦称为CD抗原CD127，属于I型细胞因子受体家族中的4型亚家族。该蛋白包含1个纤连蛋白III型结构域，广泛表达于多种细胞类型，包括初始T细胞、记忆T细胞等。IL7Ra/CD127不仅是白细胞介素-7的受体，同时也能作为胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素（TSLP）的受体。IL-7受体由IL7R与IL2RG组成异源二聚体，而TSLP受体则由CRLF2与IL7R构成异源二聚体。
