蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).

The protein has a calculated MW of 25.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 35-45 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.

白细胞介素-2受体α亚基（IL2RA）又称IL-2Rα、CD25抗原，是一种I型跨膜糖蛋白。该蛋白表达于活化T细胞与调节性T细胞表面，可单独以低亲和力与IL-2结合。当IL2RA与IL-2受体β链、γ链通过非共价键形成配体诱导的高亲和力异源三聚体受体复合物后，能够启动MAPK、JAK/STAT等细胞内信号通路。在树突状细胞中，CD25虽曾被视作活化标志物，但值得注意的是，尽管人类及小鼠树突状细胞均可表达CD25，却缺乏IL-2信号传导所必需的β链，因此无法执行IL-2信号传导功能。
