蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries an Avi tag (Avitag™) at the C-terminus, followed by a polyhistidine tag.

The protein has a calculated MW of 26.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 35-45 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.

B7同源蛋白3（B7-H3）是免疫球蛋白超家族成员，亦称为CD276，包含两个免疫球蛋白样C2型结构域和两个免疫球蛋白样V型结构域。该蛋白可能参与调控T细胞介导的免疫反应，并通过抑制自然杀伤细胞介导的细胞裂解在肿瘤细胞中发挥保护作用，同时可作为神经母细胞瘤细胞的检测标志物。此外，B7-H3参与急慢性移植排斥反应的发展过程，并调节黏膜表面的淋巴细胞活性。在妊娠期间，该蛋白还在为胎盘和胎儿提供适宜免疫环境方面发挥关键作用。
