描述（Description）

Recombinant Human Fibroblast Growth Factor Basic (FGF basic or FGF2/bFGF) is a member of the FGF family. It is a heparin-binding growth factor secreted by endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells, and macrophages. It can promote the proliferation of a series of cells, including mesenchymal cells, neuroectoderm, vascular endothelial cells, and smooth muscle cells. FGF basic serves for angiogenesis regulation, wound healing and tissue repair, embryonic development and differentiation, neuronal protection, etc.

Recombinant human FGF basic is expressed by E. coli , and is produced with raw materials of pharmaceutical applicable level. The host protein residue, nucleic acid residue and common pathogens are strictly controlled, and the production and quality management procedures of the product comply with GMP regulations to ensure the traceability of the production process and all raw materials.
