ARF (26-44) cell mature, as a functional inhibitor of FoxM1 (a transcription factor with a forked frame M1), has shown significant anti-tumor activity in the treatment of mouse hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), significantly increasing tumor cell apoptosis and reducing tumor cell proliferation and angiogenesis.
