QPH-FR is a quinoa peptide, a G protein coupled receptor 5 (LGR5) inhibitor peptide rich in leucine repeat sequences, containing 18 amino acids in its sequence. QPH-FR competitively inhibits the formation of LGR5/RSPO1 complexes by binding to LGR5. QPH-FR causes RNF43/ZNRF3 ubiquitination of FZD receptors, thereby inhibiting the Wnt/β - catenin signaling pathway and exerting stem cell inhibitory effects.
