Human BCMA, His Tag is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Met 1 - Ala 54 (Accession # Q02223-1).

背景介绍

肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族成员17（TNFRSF17）亦称为B细胞成熟蛋白（BCMA）或CD269抗原，是肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族的重要成员。该蛋白包含一个TNFR-Cys重复结构域，特异性表达于成熟B细胞表面，而在T细胞及单核细胞中不表达。TNFRSF17作为TNFSF13B/BLyS/BAFF和TNFSF13/APRIL的受体，能够促进B细胞存活并参与体液免疫调节。该受体可激活NF-κB及JNK信号通路。
